Sign In To An App

Use this page when an app sends you to SigID and you want to know what to do next.

Before you continue, check that the page names the app, workspace, or account you expected. If it does not, close it and start again from the app you trust.

Normal Sign-In Flow

  1. Open the app, dashboard, or workspace you want to use.
  2. Click its sign-in, dashboard, or account button.
  3. The app sends you to SigID.
  4. SigID asks you to prove the account is yours.
  5. After sign-in, SigID sends you back to the app.

If you arrived at SigID from a search result, email, or bookmark, go back to the app first and start again there.

Choose A Sign-In Method

Use the method that is available on the page:

Method Use it when What to expect
Passkey Your browser, device, or password manager offers a saved passkey. Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, device PIN, security key, or password manager.
Magic link You can open email for the account. Request a link, open the newest email, and continue in the same browser if possible.
Email and password The app allows password login and you know the password. Enter the account email and password, then complete any extra check.
MFA or fresh verification SigID asks for a stronger proof before continuing. Complete the extra step shown on the page.

Fix The Problem You See

Start with the symptom that matches your screen.

What you see What to do
You do not recognize the app or workspace name Close the page and start again from the app you trust.
Magic link email does not arrive Check the email address, spam folder, and newest email. Request a new link only once, then use the newest link.
Magic link says it expired Return to the sign-in page and request a new link. Do not reuse old emails.
Passkey does not appear Try the browser, device, or password manager where you created the passkey.
You changed phones or computers Try your old device if you still have it, then use another sign-in method or Account Recovery.
Password is rejected Check the email address first, then use password reset or recovery from the same sign-in screen.
MFA or fresh verification fails Use a backup method if shown. If none is available, use Account Recovery.
You keep returning to the sign-in page Start from the original app again and avoid opening the callback in a different browser.
You signed in but did not return to the app Go back to the app and refresh. If it still fails, contact the app support team.

Stop if someone asks you to forward a code, recovery link, magic link, or security prompt. Those should stay private.

Fresh Verification

Sometimes SigID may ask you to verify again even if you already signed in. This does not always mean you were signed out. It usually means the app is protecting a sensitive action, such as opening a dashboard, changing security settings, or managing payment or workspace access.

Complete the verification method shown on the page, then continue back to the app.
